The International Society of Business Analysts

On June 1, 2007, NEBB Institute acquired the Society of Business Analysts (SBA), an organization with the purpose of providing superior professional advice for its clients through continued education and improvement of existing business skills. The SBA was renamed The International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA) on January 1, 2010, to include their international membership.

Since 1994, ISBA has attracted more than 700 highly trained professionals in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, business enhancement, business law, financial planning, litigation support, expert witness testimony, corporate taxation, finance, and brokerage, in addition to other specialties involved in business analysis and business consulting.

ISBA has a network of members who are certified to handle every aspect of business enhancement that a business owner might be seeking. Referrals between network members increases business opportunities and expands businesses while helping those in need of professional services.
